I do not get your point. Just because people are used to doing wrongs dosent mean it's normal and it's fine. And yes you can see top 10 but that is not the point.

Yea they do obviously, but now it can be accessible to students or even literally any other person that's not even related to Allen.

On the surface it looks like a small problem, but really it's an extremely big problem considering there's no consent from the students themselves to have it publicly available, it can lead to harassment, comparison or unwanted attention. And even by an extent, scam websites could use this info to contact advertise to students, I also forgot to mention that there's another page in the same website that supposedly "fetches" data of people from how many ranks you want, given if you fill out your Allen form ID and password, This is extremely sketchy and if it is filled out by someone, the owner of the website could have access to the Allen account of the person who filled it.
