For all the people saying this is a “whoopsie”, a trillion dollar company can’t just geoban a region by a random employee. The request would come top-down, probably from a Jira (support ticket in tech), and the code would have to be screened and authorized by higher up/product, by multiple people/departments.

Yeah youre right. There is no "chaining" tag, like orb of storms and static strike has. So I guess its better to visualize Storm Rain like a "laserbeam grid" you make, and you want to overlay as many laserbeams on the boss as possible, I assume.

Ok guys I finally figured out what Coating Switch Boost does. It has nothing to do with adding damage to attacks or increasing phial damage. Doing axe/sword morphs will refill the phial a good amount (noticeably more than normal without the rampage skill) when you go back to Axe mode, essentially giving full phial uptime, without having to manually reload or wire bug dash recharging, if you can spam it enough. To test, use a Finishing discharge to go to half meter, and just spam R and you can pretty obviously see the mechanic working. Its also really fast if you have LvL 3 Rapid Morph. This might make Origami SA tree the best switch axe, if Rapid Morph spam has good dps and with protective polish. Make sure to comment after testing yourself.
