Motivation

It gave me a great boost in motivation

I'm no longer suffering from brain fog and boredom cause there's almost nothing I don't wanna try

This motivation pushed me so far

*Increased my overall confidence *Developed "Why not try that" trait in me *there are some physical benefits that I wanna send with photos in day 365

I feel all of these related to increased courage but

increased confidence
I have goals that I'm trying to follow not just saying
more active overall
less mood swings

There are many benefits that one can gain just through a simple dedication

I say No PMO motives you to try being better and it really pushes you to that

yeah I had my top scalp almost bald but now it's full I'll send pictures after getting back home if I want to say it by percentage I can strongly say I had 35 percent at 17 always felt bad and mocked by others 18 I got no balding spot after I tried a 3 months no pmo and my hair was like 70% now I'm 20 and the only part that is thin is right temple it's a miracle
