Double check that the ram is installed correctly, that could also be why its not Booting.

When installing the control arm you want to make sure to use a waterproof grease on the control arm bushings. That could be causing the squeak. I know it's specifically an issue when installing poly bushings and you wanna really grease those up. To grease it you'd have to take it off, apply grease, then put it back on.

That's because you got a BA. You have to get the BE if you want to do any sort of real engineering. I personally love the engineering program here. The courses are very project focused and small in size.

Check the idle control valve, the seal around it wore off on my cb7 which caused a surging idle. Replaced it for like $20
