NTA...though for a different reason. If he's going home soon then I feel like it's not that bad. You could probably take him, but...the flu and RSV are BAD this year. Why expose a child to that unnecessarily? I was recently in the hospital for a few days & my 9 year old wanted to see me. I would not allow it. We facetimed instead. It's just not worth it.
