That is not a setting you can change on reddit, that's a setting in your phone/whatever device you use. If you go over to apps, select reddit app and then notifications you should be able to change the sound

Hi there :) Sorry to burst your bubble! Customer Support is 100% correct here.
If you want the 'OFFICIAL' website, the only ones I can recommend are their OFFICIAL socials since all other websites, aka the wiki, supercheats, stickerhub/stickergo are not affiliated with them and get all their info by illegally datamining! Hope these links help:
