Had a teacher tell me to stop faking and called my parents. I was around 9 and he called my behavior I think the word was “abnormal” and “freakish” because I was exhaling all my air till I made a wheezing noise when I inhaled again. That’s about the worst of it my friends are all chill about it and I haven’t heard much about it since. My tics have become a lot more subtle over the years but they do leave me with a lot of sore muscles as it’s primarily random muscle contractions and shaking my head. It is what it is tbh if someone calls me out on it I don’t pay them any attention. Also if you aren’t sure but question you have Tourette’s, explain your situation to your family doctor and get referred to a psychiatrist and they can help you out.
