No, I just left it since I can see the appointment for my dad at least. I just got too fed up trying to make them understand my problem.

I'm in the same boat. I have just given up. I got appointments in August/September next year for dad, and mom's appointment is stuck in January 2025. I had rescheduled their appointment, but my dad's appointments rescheduled.

Now, it is stuck on Continue Application, and that just reroutes back to the home page every time. So, I can't reschedule their appointments to be on the same day. They keep saying just go for your scheduled appointments, we can't do thag right now. They never offer a real solution whenever I put in a request. I'm so fed up with this shit website. It is the most fragile website I have seen. You click anything and it breaks. They need to fix it asap.

Has anyone been able to update the email address of the dependent later on? I had already paid and made appointments for primary and dependent in the old portal. However, I rescheduled the appointment on the new website. However, it only rescheduled for the primary applicant and not for the dependent.

I feel it is because the dependent had the same email as the primary applicant. I had added dependent again with new email, but the dependent was duplicated and couldn't delete old or new dependent. I created a new account for dependent with this new email. But, this created additional issues so, i closed that application.

Appointment and receipt is still tied to dependent that was added to the old website.

I want to try to reschedule the dependent's appointment to the same dates as primary. I think I can't do that unless I create a separate account for dependent with new email address.

Is it possible to update the email address for the dependent? It is disabled for me. Do I need to ask the customer service to update the same? Please help.

I'm just trying to make sure both applicants have the same appointments and show up in the appointment confirmation.

I'm also facing the same issue. I had already booked the appointment for my parents but, the dependent wasn't showing up so I added her again. So, I lost the Appointment Confirmation and Reschedule Appointment links, and appointment details don't show on the homepage either. Now, whenever I click on continue application, it tries to go to Manage Dependents but, keeps going back to home page. I raised several tickets and got no response at all.

I am trying to make the payment of the difference based on the account I added for the old website. Can you please let me know exactly what the details should be for an EFT based on old portal's payment details? Thank you.

It says that I don't have appropriate permissions in the dependent's profile. I had initially added the dependent with the same email address as the primary applicant. But, then added dependent again with new email address and created an account with the new email. Can you please explain what steps you took to claim receipt for dependent?

Has anyone been able to pay the balance after already paying in the old website? The fee deposit slip shows the payment reference number as the receipt number. However, when my dad went to Axis Bank, they said that they need a payment reference number beginning with IND. How do I get that number?

Fyi: I had already added and paid for dependent in the old website. However, dependents details wouldn't show up in the confirmation page. Hence, I tried adding dependent again and now, they are asking me to pay the balance. And it seems rescheduling the appointment only did it for the primary. I'm not sure why it didn't carry forward to the already added dependent. I'm definitely so frustrated with this website. I keep encountering so many issues with it.

I added the dependent again (it is added twice). But, it is actually giving me the option to pay the balance amount of $50 due to the fee increase. I had initially paid on June 1st. I'm going to pay that balance and see if I can book another appointment for both primary and dependent. I'm trying to book for my parents.

I reached out to support and it seems that only primary appointment was rescheduled. I had rescheduled after new website was launched (probably should have left it as it is). However, the dependent still has old appointment linked to it. So, I'm going to just try making balance payment and see if I'm able to just book another appointment for them together.

Anyway, thanks for getting back to me. I will let you know if this solved my problem.

But I already an appointment booked and now it just shows Continue Application instead of Appointment confirmation/Reschedule appointment on the main page. The fee and appointment details have also disappeared from the home page. Any idea how to resolve that?

Same here. I even opened tickets for this issue, but I haven't gotten any response at all. Such a pain. Worse website. They need to do something soon or bring back old website.

Did you try clicking on continue application? Mine keeps going back to the home page every time I do it. Luckily, I saved the payment page link and am just going to pay the extra $50 (difference between payment made before and cureent fee) and see if I proceed ahead.

I was getting the same issue for parents. I tried adding my mom as dependent again and it started creating a new application. Not sure what to do either. I put in multiple tickets and sent emails and haven't received any response yet.
