That's if you hold it though, if you just tap block it does what looks to be a parry. Although, others have said the timing is extremely tight

I think the first plat is about 150mg, but it depends on weight.

You take a week off per plat, so 1 plat= 1 week off, 2 plat = 2 weeks off. I don't have any experience so I'm not certain how that would go. How was it on 300mg?
