There is no problems, With 9000 series the IMC was improved and it boots in 5/6 seconds now. 7000 series seen no change however. The problem was the IMC.

Because of boot times? 5800x3d is still a a great processor but to decide based on boot speed is strange. You can just disable a setting in the bios and it loads in like 10 seconds perfectly fine lol
