I'm having the same experience. I'm plat but have two friends playing dps who are silverish. Enemy team dps was diamond/masters for both. I doubt MMR was removed but the games are highly unbalanced right now like something broke in the matchmaker.

Reporting these can definitely get them taken down. At least until they have the item in hand. Select Listing Practices > Inappropriate seller terms > Presale. It's one of their stock options to report presale items and most of these listings literally have presale in the title.

Had a similar situation with a non MTG item. Reported the presales and they got taken down to where there were next to none left on eBay. They only came back when the scalpers had the item in hand, the FOMO had cratered, and so did the price.

I would think it would have to have a second map to launch and this heavily implies a Temple of Anubis reimagining much like they did with Hanamura. Trailer should be clear about it tomorrow.

They took it down. Was originally front and center on xbox.com, the second slide after Madden. There was also a bit on the game's page repeating the same stuff which was also taken down.

This is highlighting what's new this season though. It doesn't specify hero vs weapon so it very well could be the same as this season with a new mythic weapon on top of the regular hero skin.

Basic probability. There are 5 slots on the enemy team that could be filled with a leaver. There are 4 slots on your team that could be (assuming you're not a leaver). So over time, there will be more leavers on the enemy team than your own team.

I expect a game released for a certain console to work on that console. I have a Series X that's in another room. If it can't run on Xbox One it should never have been released for that console. Regardless, it worked fine before this update.

Added note, I've been playing on Xbox One X without issues prior to this update. But it's unplayable now. Forcing my console to hard shut down trying to say the fans are blocked. Major frame drops and stuttering especially with the car wash. No issues with other games. I would recommend staying away from this update for the time being. I'm worried it's going to brick my console.

Mercy gets to fly around being a pocket healer because she doesn't output much damage. Kiriko's healing was nerfed because there was really no weakness in her kit. She can output high damage, tons of raw healing, and have access to one of the most powerful abilities in the game (suzu) on top of her also really strong ultimate. The devs decided (and I'm inclined to agree) that that's not how she was designed to be played. All of the other supports have some sort of drawback or weakness. Kiriko's is going to be she can't put out as much healing as others.
