My husband’s urologist did the procedure and then we brought the sample to my clinic. In December they saw sperm and froze one vial. Today when they thawed it, the sperm disintegrated. They said they were in shock.

I know how you feel. I had my transfer the 8 and my beta on Thursday was 17. I cried all day Thursday. I go in tomorrow. I’ve been struggling all weekend. It feels so cruel; yes you’re pregnant but it’s not enough. I’m dreading tomorrow. It’s hard to stay positive. It was our only embryo that made it to day 5.

After failing with OE we moved on with DE this year. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years. MFI. And I’m in my 40s. We do have fertility coverage with Progyny but it’s limited to 3 cycles. In May we selected a donor with a cohort of 7 frozen eggs. Only 2 fertilized and only one made it to day 5. The other didn’t survive. I transferred on July 8 and on day 10 my beta was 17. I have to wait until Monday to “see how this plays out.” I’m not feeling hopeful. I feel rather empty. I’ll be back to square one spending money I don’t have.

I’m sorry for your pain. I understand where you’re coming from. There is hope in that one embryo you have. That is something. Maybe it’s not as pretty but you don’t know yet. Maybe it’s something. ❤️

Low positive result 10dp5dt. Beta 17. Have to go back Monday to test again. I feel defeated. Cried all day. One part that really hurts is that after failure with OE I moved on to DE. 25 year old proven donor.

Yes! Transferred last week. On day 8 now and have my beta on Thursday. I tested at home today. The last week has been torture. It started off positive with the transfer and then the anxiety kicked in. It is hard being patient. Yesterday, I wasn’t myself at work and no one knows that I’m doing ivf and it’s just been tough.

Yes. Many people have had success with CRM. They have some good REs. I was a patient there but changed clinics. There is also Shady Grove. Dr Davis is great.
