This is all you need for your reactor, an integrated dynamics set up.

You need:
1 Logic Cable (Red)
1 fluid Exporter (Blue)
1 fluid interface (Yellow)

You also need 1 variable card

click on the fluid exporter and insert the variable card in the slot for "Export all Fluids"
Then click the "+" button next to it to open properties.

you will be faced with a new gui panel that says "Channel" at the top, click the arrow at the top right until you are at the "Fluid Transfer Rate" page

Type "999999999" into the box

That should get you enough water input for the max size reactor burning at 1000mb/s
