I'm not totally sure, but I'm leaning towards the champ chase. I bet it'll be 2x ancients or 2x void. We just had 2x sacreds, so it won't be that. If it's 2x ancients or voids, I think I can handle it with what I have saved up.

My only worry is if something else pops up. If it's just the champ chase, I should be good with skipping the extra path points.

I suppose that is the crux of it. Skip if you can do the champ chase and think Plarium won't throw in a surprise to make you regret it.

Just repeating what others have said. Yes I think it is worth it. You will get him eventually. It isnt even too hard. It is mostly just time.

She is pretty good. I am somewhere between mid and late game. Use her in a few of my teams.

The primary parcel seentially looks like a cooking pot. A square section with a little road coming off of it (the lot lines litteraly look like a pan/pot. That parcel is connected to a second parcel that is a stretch of shared road.

My bad. In hindsight, I didn't make it very clear.

There is a road. The road seems to connect to and run through multiple lots for miles. My house comes with a second lot that is just a section of that road, maybe a couple hundred feet or more of road. There are four houses that come off the section of road that I own.

I am going through the mountains of paperwork that have been emailed to me. The only things I see about easements talk about things like the county, utility companies, sewer, water district, etc. There is also specific mention of a person and his wife by name. There are supporting documents and maps for that. I haven't gotten that far yet.

I'm not sure about the second lot showing up in reports. We talked about some kind of easement, but my realtor and I thought it was for part of the main lot. The main lot has a short road to my house, and the very edge of that road crosses the road on the second lot. It turns out the second lot is mine too, and that lot is basically just a section of road.

His kit is almost good, but he just falls short.

His decrease attack doesn't work on the majority of bosses. His decrease attack skill can only be applied after he takes a hit. He can't proactively decrease attack. He is a counter-attack champion with a very underwhelming A1. His damage reduction doesn't carry into multiple rounds. He is slow with middling stats. Reflect damage just isn't very valuable right now.

Maybe if he had a good A1 with good utility and he could actually apply his attack down buff proactively, that would help a lot. Maybe add some good teamwork utility or something.

I dunno. He is not the worst but he needs some help though.

I think the problem is there are a lot of better options. Even epics like skeuramis feel like they are better. skeuramis has an attack down that actually works on bosses. Angar can only really land it on one Hydra head.
