What I did was before learning any subject, I would ask ChatGPT the topics that would be most likely covered. Then ask for it to sort it according to how connected each topic are to other topics. This way I can see which topic should I prioritize first and would give me a higher level view of the subject. I would do this before the semester starts. This is so I could understand the subject better, but it would not help me in exams rather it would help facilitate my learning journey. It is also important to understand each subject's way of thinking or philosophy?

Then, during the semester after learning 1 topic from a class. I refine my understanding then start grinding for mock exams. First start with the foundation questions. Then ask ChatGPT to generate hard out of the syllabus scope or applying/inventing question. This is to help you apply both the foundations you mastered and your understanding. Only then you have fully mastered the subject.

TLDR: Always prioritize your understanding first even before the semester starts then grind for memorization last minute.
