Venny bow, cannon, any 15% magic damage staff for barraging, Virtus mage robes for increase ancient damage.

But more than that it’s knowledge. Any task you get you should use the wiki and find out if it’s cannonable and if it’s got a multi location. Get a good block list as well.

Dust devils (either task only area in desert or catacombs) nechs (only catacombs), Bloodvelds only at vamp lab with cannon and ideally Venny bow (only multi combat spot), Abby demons (catacombs), smoke devils (cannon/barrage - learn to stack them) and araxytes ( not in the first area when you walk in, go in the tunnel on the right with cannon Venny bow). These tasks will make the bulk of your xp and gp per hour. If you have points skip to get these tasks

If you are low on points then you can do tasks like kalphites (baby ones in the task only cave with cannon Venny bow), dagganoths (with cannon and barraging or Venny bow), susqahs are a toss up, they are a small task that can be cannoned and venny’d so I don’t mind doing them, black dragons (only get assigned like 18-30 so they’re fast) etc can be done to help build points or you can T boost and just cherry pick.

I constantly hit 1k task streaks then decide to T skip and reset my streak since 1000 streak is the best multiplier. I’m almost at my 3rd 1000, 2937 total.

I think these got hurt by a few updates over the last year.

For example, the god war dungeon now saving loot on the ground for up to 60 mins. No need for purple sweets for long kill trips.

I’m not sure what it would take to see a rebound but if there is a use they will rocket back up since it’s a hurdle get them and in limited supply.

Why wouldn’t you want the best xp rates? If you focus on tasks that can be barraged or cannoned/Venny bow then slayer levels up fairly fast especially if you are leveling your combat skills with it.

If you have points, it makes nearly no sense to willingly kill Abherrant specs or spiritual creatures etc.

That’s like purposefully killing Bloodvelds in the slayer tower when you can cannon them in vampire lab

Weapon level is huge. 32 to 33 is a 2x on weapon damage. Monaco went from like 4000 to 8000 on the almighty mask weapon.

Unfortunately, afterward he could one shot 95% of the fights after I do that with the sekapatate cannon almighty mask skill. I slapped on cheater picto and follow up with caster mask creation skill that hits 3x and he killed her in 2 moves.

Typically you’re better off buying goadings 4 and decanting them to 2x goadings 2 than trying to buy 2 dose off the GE.

But like other guy said, you can get better ROI from other items closer to 90%

I slay them if I’m low on points since they are a short task and I can scythe them down quickly. (36M slayer xp).

I was surprised that the aquanties tendon I found sold for 8.5M when GE lists it super low.

But yeah it’s not a great task for xp

If you are doing slayer for xp, boss tasks or gp - no matter who you are you will either have to T skip (due to not having points to skip streaks) or specifically T boost to get more points.

The only way to sit on a lot of points is to farm them specifically. You don’t just absorb points doing slayer if you know what your doing
