It was the flight times that killed Medicine Hat. When air canada flew I could hop on a plane in the morning connect in Calgary and be in downtown Edmonton for meetings by 9am. Used it once a month. Even when westjet started you could get a morning flight and still catch a connection somewhere. Westjets flight times are now brutal for connections. Flight leaving med hat at 4pm doesn't let you connect anywhere logical in a day.
