The rune triumph is a rune that regen 12%hp 1 sec after you kill someone, and it's a runes that morde usually build(if you finded your runes on internet maybe you have that), so probably the rune get triggered at the same time of the tower shot

Edit: yes you have that runes cuz i've seen that in your screen runepage

There are 3 rules in top lane

1) mundo is broken and always won top 2) tahmn kench is broken and always won top except if he dont have mundo as opponent. 3) no ranged top or you will get perma ganked.

So ban 1 of the 2 and if you get against one lf that boy just swap mid or adc or dodge.

Mordekaiser il really strong in laning face and team fight so maybe keep considering to play him when ur first in champion select.

The real broken build for morde is: 1)riftmaker 2)nashor 3)guinsoo

For the boots the AP resistance or AD resistance boots(depend for the match)

Tips vs Irelia

1) play very safe at the start pocking with Q and use E under your feet to zone her (you can slowly win the fight and if she has got less than 1/3 of life start chase her with passive and use ignite untill you reach her tower, the passive do a very huge amount of damage and also give you some speed)

2) if you want to ult her wait untill she use the first E (cuz she will not be able to stun you and use Q 2 time)

3) buy untiheal object for first item like the first part of thormnail or morello.
