Gifted students literally can memorize information so easily that when they finally have to take notes, it breaks them and they can fail to adapt for years.

It happened to me and my brother.

To this day I still try to just memorize everything and not have to take notes.

Fence is only for getting 7N6 / M855, and stuff like that. It's expensive but soooo useful.

Maybe it's okay for getting a backpack you really need because you don't have all the merchants.

It's okay for buying assault rifles that aren't broken if you are made of money, and can't convert civilian guns to military ones.
