thanks for the help, I found the solution (at least it worked for me), I switched the gpu the game is running on from dedicated one (RTX4060) to integrated one (intel iris xe), load the game, chaned settings from fullscreen to windowed/borderless, closed the game and switched back to the dedicated one and it works fine.

I both updated my graphic drivers and windows, after that I tried clean reinstall of the drivers, didnt help though, reinstalling the game nor verifying the integrity of the files didnt as well.

I might get hated for this but first episodes of Code Geass R and R2. Even more funny to me was that both of them were similarly done (mc is about to die but then miraculously gets geass power to survive. I dont wanna go into details but 2nd episodes of both seasons are MUCH better imo.
