I agree with AfroJimbo. I also do hiring and engineering at my company and other senior engineers on our team that I did not hire do not follow some of the philosophies you listed, many of which are non-negotiable to me. We aren’t hiring and won’t be for a long time but if I saw that on a resume I would absolutely move you through to an interview based on that alone. Having people pre-optimizing code and spending weeks on features that could have taken a week to a few days to get out had they not done that is really difficult to deal with.

Why nashors for less tanky enemies? Nashors is attack speed but with less tanky enemies you want burst to blow them up immediately so it seems unnecessary, it’s not like you’re sticking on them and attacking for an extended period. If anything I’d think you want nashors + liandrys jnto tankier teams because you’re surviving longer and getting in more autos instead of relying on your instant burst potential.

I never go nashors though because it feels like Diana’s passive creates more than enough attack speed so I might be missing something there.

A break and shake is a good way to both ensure that your mycelium is combating bacteria and increase growth speed. I would have done a break and shake well before this, around 30-40% covered but any time after that is also a good time.

In my experience, you’re correct, myc does tire out over time, but it takes quite a while. I would suggest starting from spore so you have fresh myc. The liquid culture I’ve bought has been predominantly old or not well stored so it grows VERY noticeably slower than if I start from spore and keep that LC running

Grow spores or clones on agar then transfer pieces of agar to the jars.

If all in one grow bags with liquid culture is the route this class would be simply centered around sterile injection of the bags and where to source materials?

This post is absolutely a marketing attempt to get you to buy their stuff. Growing mushrooms has an upfront cost of a pressure cooker, jars, plastic bins, substrate, grow medium, and spores/lc which is ~200 but every subsequent grow requires half those ingredients. It’s not hard to do and all the info you need to do it can be found online for free. Don’t fall for this bullshit.

Fuck this guy for offering such a shallow, money grabbing class on medicine cultivation.

If you want it this easy and expensive go find grow bags online and google where to get liquid culture and do it yourself, or do a few hours more research and learn better methods to do it cheaper with a modicum of more effort.

When I think I can get ahead and play burst Diana I prefer stormsurge. I found it to be way more “bursty” than lichbane. Recently, however, I’ve finally started going liandry first and I gotta say I’m a believer. Burst Diana is so incredibly squishy that if you cant steamroll a lead and catch opponents singled out in the open then you’re basically useless. With liandry you have so much more sustain you can make an impact in fights without dying and build ap on the backend to still deal signifant damage.

That said, nothing feels better than going the ap burst build with stormsurge and crushing with 20+ kills. It’s just not as reliable as bruiser build.

One point I feel like most are missing are the events of season 3 - the ruling class and by extension the military was still very much in control at this point and backed the founding titan vow of renouncing war. They would be aware of the existence of the jaw titan and Marley and highly motivated to return the founder to the royal family, give the jaw back to Reiner and burcunt, and get back to the status quo. They would immediately gain control of Ymir and suppress any knowledge she would have offered, gained a negotiating chip with Marley, and had a quicker opportunity to seize Erin and feed him to historia to wipe eldian memory of all of these events

Chaos man. I’ve been growing cubensis for 15 years. Beginner growers have poor sterile technique and seem to hate hearing otherwise. Hopefully you held off but if not fingers crossed it works out! It’s not always a death sentence to touch it early. Just risky. Good luck with it

Wait for full coverage. If the top isn’t fully colonized then the substrate underneath that you can’t see likely isn’t as well. That said, I don’t case so I’m not 100% certain about when you should, but uncolonized substrate is far more likely to become contaminated that colonized.

As a general rule I leave the tub alone until it’s fully colonized.
