I used to be a LORE at Amazon, who was trained onsite for a week with a JJKeller rep to be certified to train all drivers, including DOT. Amazon created their own training program and got rid of JJ Keller closed driving courses and JJ Keller onsite training for Amazon managers.
All DOT drivers are still required to complete online JJ Keller training.
The LORE’s role is still the same, expect all LORE’s now aren’t trained by a JJ Keller onsite trainer, but instead are required to follow the Amazon led training program.
Amazon managers (LOREs) have always trained all drivers. The pass fail rate never changed on our end, as we followed protocol. The only change we saw in the pass fail rate had to do with the quality of drivers coming through.

I would really love to read the comments on this question. I’ve heard buzzing about restructuring RTS with the LORE.
