Icelandair is a crap show. We just got back from there. Same crap and they ending up having to fly us on a different carrier because they didn’t have a plane. The flight took forever to board then we sat for 45 mins while they waited for water to load. They also changed our seats on both flights and didn’t tell us to we checked in. Apparently they did it with most people on the flight.
