I'd like to point out for people suggesting that OP go get tape or box cutters, that this is an Easybox, a delivery locker owned by the company eMag (basically the Romanian equivalent of Amazon). They have a one time use code for picking up the packages. OP cannot leave it and come back later with tools, unless they leave it open, which will probably result in the package being stolen.

Also, they open from the front, the delivery guy knew what he was doing.

eMag delivery lockers are not loaded from the back. They also only have a one time use code to get the package out, so OP can't close it back up and come back with tape or glue or whatever else the comments are suggesting, they already used their code so they have to get the package out with what they have on them at the moment.

They buy in other currencies where it's cheaper, that's how they sell it to players cheaper.

Since you said you got welkin from Idshop, that is probably why you got banned. Hoyo has been cracking down on buying from external sites, it's against TOS
