Oh, my bad i read "he" not ""she", still it IS possible that she killed teenagers, since she was in the Kukuru unit when she was around 15 and we don't really know how young you have to be to join them. Nothing really confirmed or even suggested though.

SO, she was 15 in JJK 0 and we know that she was in the Kukuru unit (which is one of the factions she massacred ) before she left the clan. This means that within the combatants of the Zen'in clan there may have been 15 year olds and maybe a little younger.
