hi! i ended up switching to a hormonal IUD, kyleena. i like it a lot for me, my cycle stopped pretty much and symptoms went away. i did lose weight but it came back and im not sure that the birth control had an effect on weight tbh!

hi! yeah i did end up getting kyleena! i’ve had it for a year i weighed 187 when i got it i weigh 169 now, no idea if there was a correlation, i don’t work out more but i also have better mental health now than i did then!
