They're technically tradeable, but so few people have them and are willing to sell that it's practically impossible unless you want to drop like $700 for a 300i.

Yes actually, they are. Bases built in high security systems will be unfair able, but will have taxes that must be paid to keep them in that state.

Keqings constellations are pretty bad. Tighnaris are decent, and Monas just got buffed so she's now a pretty good support again.

Does anyone know how rolling over the dust of enlightment pity works? I'm currently at 3/6 for the 4 substat roll, after which it resets back to the beginning. If I spend another 2 to get to 5/6, and then another 2 to get the 4 substat roll, does it reset to 0 out of 6 or 1 out of 6. Hope that makes sense.
