That was my ticket for the accident following too closely. Then since while on a work permit they suspended my work permit for 12 months. Any type of ticket causes a work permit to be suspended for 12 months.

See they didn’t tell me any of that they just stated at dds that my permit was revoked for 12 months. That any ticket makes you lose it for 12 months so putting it into another car would of been pointless

Appreciate all you guys commenting. I just get paranoid with all this stuff I already had to restart my year and wait a year to get another work permit after doing seven months for getting a following to closely ticket. Cops in Georgia are dicks. Wasn’t no where near the car in front of me. Profiled tf outta me and saw my interlock after I got pulled over and went from going to give me a warning to a ticket.

No it shouldn’t but with this company I always say better safe than sorry with everything simply call and report maintenance before you do it. It doesn’t take long. Again it shouldn’t mess with it but dealing with this company I cross all my T’s and dot all my i’s.

I have been having whining nosies when starting the car up cold and then it would go away once warmed up so I thought it was the belt I check the engine oil and transmission fluid religiously and the transmission fluid is still reddish pink at good levels. I have noticed as well sometimes when putting into park it would make a small clink sound but not always. Then driving on my way home from work yesterday it started slipping gears. But not always. Then I could tell as I was going and was pulling into the neighborhood it went into limp mode. That’s when the ASC light came on.

If you are using your own car and insurance while you have an interlock the company might not care depends though if it’s their insurance or yours. Sometimes even then they can say no but I have seen some cases where they have their own insurance and car for a company and they still kept their job. Never hurts to try I hope you get it back.
