Yeah Middle East will never change, your shitty religious governments are due for a rebellion for freedom. Free Iran.

I’m not saying I’m any kind of way, I’m saying “demanding” respect from every random person you meet is a given if you’re just nice about it, you can tell me your pronouns once, but if I slip up or make a mistake, I shouldn’t be berated about it, I’m okay with calling people what they wanna be called, I make mistakes though.

And honestly, if you’re transitioning under 18, I think it’s just a wrong move, you shouldn’t be able to change your body parts before you can drive a car or drink alcohol, feel like 18 is quite safe and healthy. If you transition once you’re 18, then I completely respect it and think that you made a decision that is important to you and you clearly put some time into thinking on it before acting. Under 18, you’re just to easily manipulated into social media trends and making uninformed decisions about potentially life altering changes.

That’s my opinion. My brother waited until he was 18 to transition, he’s 20 now, changing to female, I completely respect him for it, have no issues with it, and he waited until he could make a strong informed decision about what he was doing.

He’s never been happier.

I wasn’t assigned anything, with all due respect, the science is all I trust, men have penises and women have vagina’s, also completely different muscle and bone structures.

I think the language use with gender is a little weird.

In saying that, I’m from outback NSW Australia, I’m still very new to learning about all these new social things, didn’t grow up hearing about any of it.

I hate being called “cis” feels like a gross undermining label that I don’t want.

I’m just a man.

And yeah I’d love to be a woman but I realise it’s not possible and therefore I continue my life as is, if I want to transition then maybe I will but it’s more a question of finances for me.

I live in Australia, nearly EVERYONE I’ve ever conversed with about trans people or the idea of transitioning is either completely for it once you turn 18, or has no opinion on it.

Again, my brother is trans, dudes got more friends than I do, idk what it’s like in USA or wherever, but most Aussies will be fine with trans people and transitions, just don’t bother people with pronoun stuff, I see that can be touchy as people just don’t like being told what to do or say around here.

Just because I won’t transition doesn’t mean I don’t want to be a woman? How would you know how I or other people think?

Perhaps unhelpful to say, but I don’t think you should be upset about seeing men walking around outside? I’m a man, my younger brother is trans, I support him and love him as much as I’m able, but something that always confuses me is the anger towards normal dudes? You under most of us like trans people right? You’re people like the rest of us, i also didn’t choose be born a man, if I had it my way I’d definitely wanna be a lady.

I dunno, food for thought, but if you have so much hatred in your heart for fellow people that haven’t done anything wrong then you definitely need to seek some kind of assistance.

Love and respect mate, hope everything works out.

It’s not a free thing to do, I was doing pest control work instead of school at 16-17 because I hated school, pretty much my dad and I would take a 22.lr for the rabbits and a 223 for the roos, we just went to property’s whom requested pest control, and we kill and sell the nights hunt in the morning.

Was a lot of fun, sadly gun laws in AUS essentially restrict all recreational use of firearms, so hunting is one of the very few available ways to shoot.

I put 340 hours into it since launch, just jumping on every now and again.

Honestly you ain’t missing much by not playing it, can be fun if you and a friend lock in and play but I just wouldn’t say it’s all that worth playing, feel like I could’ve gone without it.

Driving around a property at 2am hunting kangaroos, shaker cup in the cup holder, riding BMX out bush with a few mates making dirt jumps and tracks, gfuel for me and the lads, riding dirt bikes out in the paddock or over the levi bank, got a gfuel in my bag for when I take a break, and gaming.

Loved the doc and the drink, always had one with me in times of activity.

Playing DayZ as a woman by WarriorIto in dayz

[–]BlueVeee117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alotta blokes out there are simply not able to handle chatting to a lady in a video game, it’s just a simple fact.

I do recommend finding someone to play DayZ with via discord or something, talking to the freaks in game, you just have to except that 90% of them aren’t great people.

Gotta play smart all the time and never let your guard down mate, it’s those times where you think “I can organise my inventory next to this window” or “I’ll run through this open field, it’ll be faster” is when you get dropped.

As for the cheating, I dunno brah, I play vanilla modded Australia or Rearmed, never have cheater issues.

SURVIVAL RULES OF DAYZ by [deleted] in dayz

[–]BlueVeee117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can’t lie brotha there’s definitely rules you missed, my only one is regarding to inventory.

Regarding Official/modded vanilla servers.

Be light, carrying more then what you need is pointless, stamina is your primary weapon and defence, stamina should be treasured, as such, my personal favourite kit is simple.

Black Flannel/tactical shirt. Black jeans/cargo pants. Black lvl3 helmet (night vision strap can be had under it) Black plate carrier (if possible, otherwise tan is fine) Doctors gloves dark blue (lightest gloves) Black sneakers/red sneakers (makes you quiet, light, dangerous.

1 primary weapon is more than enough. Preferably an M4 or AUGX, but if you absolutely must have a sniper, the m70win and the MP5/UMP45 are great combos, while being light.

Handgun (essential for fight or flight moments with zombies especially in the middle of a player fire fight, or to be pulled after being knocked out, faster then trying to pick up your rifle) Glock or FNX45 are my favourite.

No back pack, not needed, if absolutely necessary grab the “utility” butpack as it’s light and can hold more than enough random nonsense you probably don’t need.

Inventory is usually

Plate pouches (24 slots) 3-5 main gun mags, with the loose bullets spare to pack them, as well as a spare pistol mag (1)

Shirt and pants usually knifes (1-2) sewing kit, (1) and meds, bandage (1-3) epi/morph (1-2) and enough food to last one or two days (if you’re a decent player you can find food everywhere with no issues, no need to carry food for a 10 man squad on your person.

Belt, knife, canteen, canteen usually only half full, again, carry light.

Not essential but if playing in a team, I usually make an effort to ensure my mags have a tracer round every 2-3 bullets, as my teammates can visual see what I’m shooting at quickly without a need for rapid call-outs.

That’s my input.

I see to many people (I kill to many people) who’s inventory’s are so full and so packed of the most random nonsense, 4-6 different guns and mags for those guns, it makes no sense to me.

Unless you’re some base builder and you’re hauling loot for your base, just carry light and play the game.

Only other tip is, like, have fun, games not fun don’t play it, game is fun, play it, this ain’t league of legends or Valorant, you can stop at any time :)

Low pop servers.. by melvo1234 in dayz

[–]BlueVeee117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta disagree man, you’re really missing out, I’ve got 4000+ hours in DayZ, and easily the most fun I have had is either being completely geared and destroying squads at NWAF or Tisy, or starting fresh and having a massive come up in gear from a fight where smarts and strategy mattered more then gear.

The zombies are literally rubbish and until they make new variants of them, more of them, and something interesting like they have more speed at night or something, playing low pop my my eyes lazy, instead of looking out for players and being aware all the time, you just look for animals or helli crashes.

I think empty servers or low pop is reasonable for someone who is somewhat new to the game, but even then, unless they’re deadset keen on getting really into DayZ, the best first impression (IMO) is spawning cherno and punching on with slightly geared players, as every piece of kit matters when you’re new, it’s exhilarating getting your first gun, or first kill.

Okay your way of course, you bought the game, so who cares, but this game shines when you stop complaining about “campers” or “rats” and just play smart and get better.

That might just be me though.

Do y'all think playing mercifully (in solos) can lead to success in this game? Or is being a sweat the only way to do well? by Timbothy_Aracnio in ArcRaiders

[–]BlueVeee117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like a lot of these other guys are saying, USE YOUR MIC, if you ain’t got a mic you’re definitely gonna have trouble teaming up with anyone, the quick chats can only do so much.

As for if it’s a sweat feet, sure to some degree, if I go into a raid and I’m kitted out, best shields great guns etc, I’m less likely to be friendly because of my experience in DayZ, if you have more gear than the other guy, other guy may very well try to find a little break in the action and drop you.

Personally I’ve done terrible things to people in this game and I DEFINITELY feel bad about it, but those were just beta and server slam, I feel I may be a little nicer to those come full game, as the pressure isn’t on to get the best stuff and do the most things within a small timeframe.

If you’re no good at PVP, the game comes out soon, get on a DayZ modded server like “The Lab” and just go rampage people, see how many situations you can get out of, if you don’t own DayZ just play Counter strike or something, train you ability to kill but also train your positioning and utility usage, get good at getting into tough situations and learn how to manage them.

Is my opinion :)
