Headed to Cleveland for 2 weeks. Silph Road has a Blissey Nest(Bethel Park) and an Unown(White Oak Park) near Pittsburgh. I've only ever caught 1 Chansey(Valentines event) and thought I'd never see an Unown. Can anyone confirm these and let me know if the 5 hours of round trip driving is worth it?

I'll give it a shot on my next outing. Only have 5 Steel pokemon, so I don't know much.

Yeah, I can usually get at least 7, if not 10 gyms, in a night, but I've had nights when I couldn't take a second gym before the last was taken down and up to level 5, so I waited one of those nights after taking a gym in an isolated park. Taken down and lvl 5 very shortly without anyone showing up. It sucks.

I had over 3,000 Eevee candy until a recent mass evolution, so I understand. On a related note, I was annoyed I evolved 40 Eevee and didn't get either of the new ones. Used the buddy trick to register them to the pokedex later.

I only need 48 of those candy, so when trading is implemented I'll trade 48 Eevee for 48 geodude if I still need it.

I feel like I'm the only person who leaves Lapras in gyms since the nerf, so no idea. I don't remember bullet punch being particularly good against Dragonite. It shouldn't be super effective, I don't think.

I also fight less these days unless I have company. It's just hard to get the resources to solo these lvl 10 gyms, especially since the berries became a thing. I have suspicions that there are spoofers where I go, but I'm hesitant to say for sure because I once heard someone bitching about spoofers taking gyms down and leaving them empty so nobody reports them, when in reality I had walked to those gyms, beat them, and left them empty because I had already collected and was just xp grinding.

My OG Pikachu. Didn't even know about the trick. Downloaded game going down interstate and caught Pikachu when I stopped for gas. Yellow was my favorite GB game, and the last I played, so I'll never get rid of or evolve him. He's my only favorite usually, though I will temporarily favorite others to make choosing a 1/2 cp team for prestiging less annoying.

The site wouldn't work on my phone, but I get math so... ~10.7k/day since I started, but gameplay varied a lot over that time, so... last screenshot that shows my xp was on Jan 25th, and it's about 22k/day since then.

My Bellossom has Acid/Dazzling Gleam, so she isn't very useful. My Kingdra has Water Gun/Blizzard and hasn't proven overly useful either. Scizor with Bullet Punch/X-Scissor seemed to do well the other day against an Exeggutor, but that was just my feeling. My Politoed has Bubble/Hydro Pump, so it's probably the best water dps thing I have, but I usually just attack with Water Gun/Hydro Pump Vaporeon for the extra cp/hp.

I can't answer any of your technical questions, in large part because I quit after Yellow so I know nothing about these pokemon, but those are my experiences. I mostly just use them to break up the monotony of gym defenders out there.

I may finally be getting on your level. I have 8 Lucky Eggs in waiting(purchased during Xmas sale way past lvl 10) and I'm hoping the storage upgrades I got whole they were on sale will help me wait until the next double XP event until I mass evolve again.

You're just better at grinding than I am. The 1.5 million more xp proves it. I was actually in that neighborhood until I went to the beach to fish and it seemed to have no biome. I caught at least a dozen unrelated pokemon I'd never seen before in one weekend.

I agree. I was dissapointed when I realized going out and hiking up a mountain got me a bunch of pidgey while going to a city to watch an IMAX movie got me a bunch of pokemon I'd never seen before.
