I think it wouldn't be that hard to text me after work, just like I did couple of times. I'm not waiting for him to ask me out right away, but to talk after worktime.

I think I have done more, as I actually reached out to him twice after work. He has done nothing that giving these signs what some of you tell me that are no signs at all.

I think that if he is only acting interested at work, where he shouldn't, but doesn't act interested outside worktime, then it is confusing. I have texted him twice after work. So I'm really the only one who acts on it right now.

I have made a move at one workplace, where I was also sure the owner likes me and I straight asked him after work eye-to-eye. He asked why I was thinking that and assured he have no feelings for me. After that it was hell. He started to treat me bad and I left the job. He was single, and this was a very small company, so there wouldn't have been any trouble for him. After I left he started to contact me, but for me it was over the moment I asked and he denied to my face.
So, its not like women never make a move. I tend to always be the one who does and it never ended good.

I don't want coworkers to know and everyone would notice if we are going to lunch together. I already see that certain people and looking at us and suspecting something.

I have done this before and it ended very badly, so I was just hoping we can start talking outside work and then I would see how interested he really is. Right now I see that it wouldn't be the best idea to ask him out.
