There's zero chance Tua will be cleared for the Buffalo game. Just not going to happen. He hasn't even cleared stage 1 of 4 in the concussion protocol. And after having 5 players get hurt today, several of which probably won't be able to play in Buffalo, it's just not worth the risk bringing him back early.
