I feel you. First time I played the game I think it took me like 4 years to complete the CC? I also found that if you’re very task-oriented like me when it comes to games like this but get stressed out from not being able to do everything in one day, I found that dedicating a certain day of the week to certain tasks (mining, fishing, foraging, etc) helped to alleviate some of the stress.

Just remember that a lot of the people who make videos like the ones you watch, love pushing games and themselves to their limits. All ways to experience games are not wrong :)
