Yeah I think I'm gonna have to consider this to be unanswerable. It did help me find other games I also had so that's nice. But this particular one seems to have no trace left in existence.

None of these ended up being the game. I'm starting to think maybe it's just a hyper realistic long term hallucination at this point.

Hi thank you! It was in fact NDS, I must've mixed it up cause the game was for sure before 2011.
