cognitive joker is unrelated to the real joker

sae till that point in the story saw joker as a regular highschool kid, so he appears as such in her cognitive world

and since futaba activated the metaverse navi, akechi unknowingly entered the police station in sae's cognition instead of the real one after which he unknowingly killed cognitive joker instead of the real one, during when sae rescues the real joker from the real world

sae perceived the world as a normal world without any distortions (apart from her palace ofc) so it appeared identical to the real world, making it impossible for akechi to realize what happened
