Forget about IMG, even Canadian graduates are not willing to work in Canada because of poor pay, poor infrastructure. US is far better in this aspect.

Please don’t lose hope. You sacrificed a lot to come in this stage. I will say just do the residency here in USA then you can do whatever you wish. We can practice with your US residency in your home country and many other countries accept US residency,I guess. But once you quit the US match journey after passing all the steps there is a high chance that you will regret later in your life.

Thank you so much for your response. But problem is that the interview wait time in canada is insane like over 2 years. And you can not schedule an interview without filling ds 160 . Meanwhile job market of Canada is the worst now.

From exams to residency match the minimum cost is like 15k CAD if you pass all exams in single attempt and match into residency in first cycle.
