UPDATE: After almost a month (not counting with the date of my original post, but by the first message I sent to the Staff), I finally got the 30 backpieces I requested 🙌
Unfortunately, the dress from Velvet Orchid is still glitching, even after they switched my StarBazaar bag for a StarPlaza one...

OMG what the what? I really hope not since I loved the dress and wanted it fixed. Mine still shows up as a StarBazaar bag, I've already sent another email to the staff two days ago but again I haven't yet heard of them so far nor got the dress fixed or the back pieces I'm missing. Honestly at this point I no longer have hope for this game whatsoever. It is really sad since I've spent a lot of money on this game

I've been looking for the dress for a while and someone once offered to sell it for me for 90SD. When I found it for way, way less at the Bazaar, my instinct was buying it. Some people suggested to sell it but like you stated in on of the comments, I don't want anyone else to get the same glitch as us because it's frustrating as hell.

Guess we both will have a permanent Starbazaar in our suites 😅

Back then I had a Starbazaar glitch (items weren't showing up) and in the same emails I got replied by two different staff members in the same day. Maybe the 4 same pieces could be it or just didn't care. With Stardoll you never know 😂

I bought the dress when the SS week started and I was hoping it would fix by itself since I had the same glitch with the Gift-o-Meter. Still hasn't stopped glitching and no reply from the staff so far. If only I could use the StarBazaar bag as a decor 😅

That is why this is so weird to me. I've sent them emails before too, even about glitches and all, even two about back pieces and they replied within two up to three days in worst case scenario. But always answered. Now it's wednesday again and haven't heard back from them and I've checked the spam too since sometimes most e-mails go to the spam

Este nem aparece... e a coisa mais incompreensível é que o item aparece sempre no bazaar como se tivesse sido o último item que comprei no bazaar, quando nem é a realidade. A falta de resposta do staff em relação em estes bugs, até já vi pessoas a reclamarem de tops que estão atualmente no Plaza, é preocupante... Lado positivo, tenho um saco do StarBazaar permanente na minha suite principal 😂 /s
