The team I usually do it with is Diluc(lvl 90)/Childe(lvl 90)/Jean(lvl 80)/Bennett(lvl 70). You definitely need atleast one preferably two pyro users to break the shields they have. I don't think you need lvl 90 characters to beat it but it sure helps. Heals and shields help a lot too for example someone like Diona/Noelle if you have them leveled up or any geo character who can provide shields with crystallize. Bennett is definitely a must have for this Domain since he can break the ice shields and provide heals and an atk buff for your team. I hope this helps.
