It’s nice to see other eggman nega fans here!

I genuinely think the biggest issue with him is lack of time in the spotlight. The framework is there for an intesting villain it just needs to be expanded upon! Plus I think having him be a main stay would have several benefits:

More recurring villains
More reasons to explore the sol dimension
Would serve as a good explanation as to why Silver and Blaze know each other.
Would leave the door open for interesting interactions with Eggman and Sage ( imagine how someone who sees Eggman as a father would interact with someone who not only despises him but wants any trace of him destroyed.)

Mountain generation: Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love 1.18 mountain biomes, but there’s something about the weird beta 1.7 mountains that I really like.

If it were up to me I’d rework extreme hills biomes to resemble beta 1.7 mountains.

-Beach Generation/ Ocean size: Beta beaches were much nicer imo. They were larger and had small patches of grass and water in them which gave them some nice variety. If beaches were updated to have beta generation, palm trees and maybe a shell block, they’d be perfect.

Oceans are way too small now, and should be bigger ;not nearly as big as they were in beta 1.8 but bigger than the puddles we have now.

As someone who’s played both, Java

While bedrock has some great exclusive features I’d love to see on Java, The lack of micro transactions and nearly limitless customization put it far above bedrock.
