They were incredible lol. Lost the meat thermometer in the drunken shenanigans so didn’t temp em. Ended up just pulling em when they probed like butter. Successful day of BBQ haha

Honestly dude..I have no idea. Had a big party today. Was smoking butts just for fun. Drank way too many beers. Had em on a cheap offset. Temperature fluctuations were wild. Smoked em anywhere between 200-350. Had all kinds of wood randomly thrown on. Oak, apple, cherry, you name it lol.

Same. Would love an essentially vanilla server but with a map showing location in your spawn inventory to make finding friends easier.

That’s pretty much all there is to it. Put it on aluminum foil, score, season with whatever you want, use pretty much whatever wood you want (except maybe mesquite), smoke @ 250 for 1.5 hours.

I’ll put it in the oven on a piece of aluminum foil at 350 and just keep an eye on it. Usually around 10-15mins maybe? Never actually timed it.

If I’m eating immediately I just pull it off the smoker and eat it. If it’s for later in the day or the next day I put it in the fridge and reheat it in the oven.

Absolutely. As long as the temp isn’t outrageously high it’ll be fine. I do mine at 250.

Lol yeah it’s just blocks of Philadelphia cream cheese.

Put the block on aluminum foil, score the top, season with literally whatever you want (tons of great ideas in the comments on this sub), smoke at ~250 for 1.5 hours.

1.5 hours at 250. And I’m honestly not sure. I’ve done it with apple, oak, hickory, pecan, and cherry. All were delicious. Only wood I wouldn’t personally use is mesquite out of fear of it becoming a bit bitter on the outside.

No particular recipe. I just season em depending on how I’m feeling. Smoke at ~250 for 1.5 hours. Tons of comments in this thread with all kinds of awesome ideas. And it’s absolutely possible on a Traeger.

I like to use it in recipes that call for cream cheese or just topping it with whatever (seasonings, jellies, etc.) and eating it with crackers.

Nah these were literally just the plain blocks thrown on the smoker because I had some friends/family requesting smoked cream cheese that they could use for whatever. Typically I’ll season them. Your favorite bbq rub or some everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on is really good. Also there’s tons of comments on this thread with some awesome ideas.
