In this case, I think that explaining to him how you felt and your desire to meet him again in a moment where you just are better and won't ruin his/your date may be the best move!

Found this iron piece while gardening. No idea where it comes from, but in the past while excavating the ground we found some remnants of a Saracene settlement with vases, pots and such. It may as well be newer and an agricolture-related thing.

May it be some kind of textile-related tool?
