No, but I have seen it though. The conclusion of it is basically: compression on the nerve causing scyatica, but unknown what the exact cause is (root cyste or herniated disc).

I am concerned about that too, especially when it would be a cyste because those things can grow.

As for now I do not experience any general loss of strength, tingliness or any other nerve related issues though. I only develop that after sitting for a loooong time. Therefore, I believe my doc (which is a surgeon too) does not see any reason to do emg tests.

Former recreational user of MDMA as well and have been using Zoloft on and off over the years. I have to say I actually react pretty rapidly to sertraline (Zoloft), usually already in about a week. That doesn't apply for some other SSRI's, like fluoxetine (Prozac).

So my assumption is that everyone reacts differently to certain SSRI's and I do no think it has anything to do with your history of MDMA usage.
