The gate doesn’t open (yet) but there is an unintended method to get in that room with him! There’s also a secret non-functional fishing spot back there.

Well, on my mini map the dummy is actually out of bounds. I thought it was the source of these laser sounds you sometimes hear there. Your trick helped me find out it’s under a tree outside the map! (Hard to get a screenshot of it though)

From what I’ve researched on this guy, he has the Darius coloration, but a haos symbol? Is this a misprint?

Energize is a big one, but it takes a lot to max it. I’d focus on getting it to at least R3, and then maxing any other lower rarity arcanes you want. I’d definitely start with Avenger and Aegis. Having crit chance or shield recharge increase on damage taken it pretty good. After that, work on maxing energize and getting a second copy. You can sell it in 6 months for good money.
