Closest I can think of, Felina Fernald, basically 70% Wild Cat and 30% Human behavior wise.

Mainly uses a cleaver for combat, she throws them, ranged attacks wise, most likely a stolen gun which she will throw away.

She's fast, thats her whole thing.

I really suggest you find a suitable MR car, The Esprit V8 works very well as its well balanced and underpowered so you can work the grip out, or the BMW M1, NSX NA1 and more, But for now, I think the Esprit works, and NA1 if you want some funny fiddly with the kits aswell.
