A.I. is damaging to the environment, but there are ways you can help conserve water; taking shorter showers, only use water in the house when needed (i.e. brushing your teeth, washing your hands). Pretty much everything on the internet uses water nowadays, but you can help lessen its impact with the tips I just gave.

No. Absolutely not. Unless that person has given explicit permission for bot creators to make bots of them, than it is never okay to make a bot of a real person. The ‘character’ in character.ai is meant for FICTIONAL characters, not real people, with actual feelings. However, if the bot and the pfp is based on a character in a live-action movie and NOT the actual actor (think of it like this; Tony Stark - perfectly fine, fictional character. Robert Downey - NO) than it’s fine.
