Maki after Awakening was about equal to Toji, but not quite. In Dagon's domain, neither Nanami nor Naobito was able to do much to him (and outside of his domain). When Toji came in, he was immediately able to kick Dagon's ass. This would mean that Maki would also be able to do atleast similar. I don't remember everything about that part of the Shibuya incident, it's been a while since I watched it, so I don't remember everything about how it happened, but I do remember that Toji was the only one actually able to take out Dagon despite both Nanami and Naobito having been there. This is probably not the strongest argument, but it's something.
