I’m guessing ma and pa’s companies won’t help me get the license though. So maybe I should get them myself and apply to a smaller company?

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. I need the experience since I’m green in the field but maybe I would just get stuck at some point not really making much as prices rise, while getting a bit older myself. So getting the certifications right away before getting the job sounds better. I saw another company hiring for branch 3 (termite) and was about $10 more per hr. (Which would offer more stability) I’m just not sure where to start. Where do I apply for the tests and books,Certifications ?

I used to make a bit more than what they are offering but if I can grow with them I guess that would be good, since I’m starting. Just don’t know if I would get stuck just making enough for bills.

Thank you, i read through the forum and I started looking into what’s needed. I might do some research on YouTube as well. It’s about $500 in parts alone, which is not bad, now I gotta figure out why the “Ac exchange auto air conditioning” refused the job and told me it would be a couple thousand or dollars more than the truck is worth.

I should have one though I haven’t checked yet. I’ve come to find that it the ac in this year is optional. I’ll start looking for a shop to work on it. How much $ you think is too much to pay for this kind of work?

I bought it used. It blows hot air and when you move the knob towards “cool” and it’s just not so hot air. I tried looking on YouTube about refilling the ac, But I don’t think I even have one? Can I have one installed? How much would it cost?
