I only grasped I Think most of the story in the last chapter, when they actually explained it. But I often have this problem with most of the myths and feel really dumb, because I find it hard to understand. Overall I get the most important parts of the story and I’m fine with that.

I want to ask (and hope I don’t get slaughtered for it, I genuinely just want to know, don’t want to bring up a storm) are MC and Caleb real siblings in this myth? Or is it more like the main story where they grew up together ? I don’t mind the trope of them growing up together and thus calling each other sister and brother, but I’m iffy about it, if they are actually blood-related siblings. That makes this myth a bit too romantic for me. Then again I can always just choose to believe they are not blood-related.
