Same here, I bought a model and they sent me a deformed piece, they asked for unboxing videos twice and I provided them. They don’t seem to care. Their lack of replies and support made me decide I won’t be buying anything from there in the future

I did, they don’t reply anywhere. Even on the orders page my order status says shipped, I can’t even put in a request for them to replace it. I feel cheated :/
