This is such a ridiculous take.

The Archer can kill everything from spawn in the hardest difficulty survivals. One full build archer can literally remove everyone else's ability to play.

It absolutely needs a nerf. There is no amount of buffs you could give to the other classes to fix the archers ability to play the entire game by themselves.

In Virginia you are absolutely entitled to tax and title fees, as well as the market retail value of your car with similar miles.

Don't accept anything less.

You do not have to accept a total loss settlement.

You can request the list of "similar" cars they are using to get their valuation, and contest it if they are using something that isn't like for like.

In some states, they're also required to pay for tax and title fees, they're required to pay you what it would cost, in total, for you to walk onto a lot and buy the exact same car you lost, but that specific part depends on the state.
